Sarabong Park is famous for its beautiful sunrise and is equipped with sports facilities, so the residents often visit to exercise among the many trees and lovely view of the ocean.
The sunset as seen from Sarabong Volcanic Cone has long been called Sabongnakjo [沙峰落照], which is one of the 10 Scenic Sights of Yeongju.
Located northeast of Mangyangjeong is the Jeju Monument No. 23, a traditional Beacon Fire Station preserved for future generations.
