Rising Road is a fantastic photo spot where you can take amazing photos as if you are walking into the green sea road of Gimnyeong sea that opens every low-water time. Since the address is not registered separately yet, you can visit there by searching for Bongji-dong Welfare Center (51-3, Gimnyeong-ro 1-gil, Gujwa-eup, Jeju-si). You can experience walking into the seawater when it is slightly lapping rather than when the tide goes completely out. The sea breeze is too strong, so it may be uncomfortable to use the phone holder.
