The stone wall paths of Pyeongdae-ri are found to the east of the mid mountain range of Hallasan Mountain. This is a great place to take a walk while enjoying the scenery of this quiet village.
The stone walls are built in the traditional way, stacked but not mortared into place, with gaps in the rocks allowing the strong wind to pass through and not topple the structure. Enjoy the sunshine and the scenery of Jeju in the middle of this marvelous plain.
