Located near Hyeopjae Beach in Hallim, JJ Pilates Yoga lets visitors experience both yoga and Pilates. Programs include 1:1 yoga, group yoga, kids Pilates, posture correction, rehabilitation, prenatal/postnatal yoga, and aromatherapy. One-day classes are open to participants aged 13 and older, and are catered to regular studio members.
The special seasonal "Sunset Beach Yoga Class" is a one-hour yoga session held by the sea under the open sky, with the sound of waves providing accompaniment. Through yoga and meditation, participants can regulate their breathing, get their muscles moving, and heal both body and mind.
