The Moowhanja (soapberry) tree is named as such because it means it will bring no rage, and in Jeju Island, it is called Do-ook-nang or Duh-ook-nang. There are nine trees of Peng namu (Celtis sinensis tree) in total and the average age is thought to be 300 to 500 years old, and the tallest tree has a height of 16 meters with a circumference of 6 meters.
