2004년 등록문화재 제 113호 제주 이승만별장으로 대한민국 근대문화유산으로 지정되어있다. 제주도의 육우 생산을 목적으로 이승만 대통령의 지시로 '국립제주도송당 목장' 건립하였다. 이 목장 시설 중 하나로 지어져 이승만 별장으로 사용하였다. 목장 입구부터 시작되는 삼나무가로수길 '귀빈사' 앞 오랜된 나무까지 신비한 느낌을 자아내는 곳이다.
